The foundation awarded 34 grants totaling $71,950 through the COVID-19 Relief and Recovery Fund. Applications for the next round of micro business grants will be accepted July 6-13.
The Brandywine Health Foundation recently distributed 36 grants totaling $322,340, bringing the Foundation’s total giving since it began awarding grants and scholarships in 2002 to more than $18 million.
The Pew Charitable Trust announced $4.5 M in funding from the Pew Fund for Health and Human Services in Philadelphia to assist 44,000 people annually through 28 local organizations.
