In November, the William Penn Foundation Board of Directors approved grants of nearly $20 million in support of Great Learning, Great Public Spaces and Watershed Protection.
To continue to address the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the William Penn Foundation has partnered with The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to collectively award more than $8 million in Relief and Recovery Support grants to local arts organizations.
The Foundation shares a high-level preview of their five funding programs and a new approach that’s designed to make the grant application process simpler and more transparent.
Leadership of the foundation is undergoing a generational shift.
