- Learn the fundamental skills of listening deeply, asking powerful questions, and offering observations and feedback
- Practice using these principles and skills in small groups
- Understand how to apply them to critical relationships with trustees, staff, grantees, and community leaders

Jen Lachman
Founder, Lachman Consulting
Jen Lachman is the founder of Lachman Consulting. She is an organizational consultant and executive coach who supports mission-driven leaders and organizations to act with greater purpose, authenticity, and impact. Jen serves as faculty for Exponent Philanthropy’s 2018 Master Juggler Series: Coaching Essentials program.
Colleen O’Keefe
Executive Director, Sauer Family Foundation
Colleen O’Keefe is executive director of the Sauer Family Foundation whose mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and families in the state of Minnesota. With over 15 years’ experience managing foundations, she is currently working with child welfare leaders to reform the system in Minnesota and working alongside colleagues in education reform. Trauma has become a major focus of her work as well.
