The CFA Society of Philadelphia, ImpactPHL, CCS Fundraising, and Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia invite you to join other investment professionals, endowment/foundation leaders, and impact investors gathering to discuss the use of blended finance and how it can be used to move dollars from the balance sheets of endowments/foundations to affordable housing projects and Black, Brown, and women-owned businesses. Our speakers will lead a discussion on mission-related investments (MRIs) / program-related investments (PRIs) and the three buckets (grants, concessionary capital, and market risk-return investments) endowments/foundations can pull from to help fund and encourage the funding of meaningful and impactful projects in our region.
