Join the Chester County Community Foundation for a day of learning and networking at the annual Board of Directors Institute. The Institute offers valuable workshops covering topics like board responsibilities and recruitment, fundraising strategies, legal obligations, major gifts, and strategic planning.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in interactive in-person learning sessions with local nonprofit leaders and consultants, as well as engaging discussions addressing real-world challenges facing nonprofit boards. The Board Institute equips board members with the right tools needed to drive their organizations forward.
