This workshop presented by the Penn Project for Civic Engagement (PPCE) will be of use to any leader who wants to engage more deeply and usefully with either internal or external stakeholders. Tired of hearing the same old debates dominated by the usual suspects? Come learn the key techniques and underlying theory of effective group dialogue. Hear how to hold a different conversation, one that can build trust, reap insights and provide useful guidance for decision-making. Gather tips on effective outreach, smooth logistics, engaging process and informative reports. Get a chance to workshop one of your organization's own engagement challenges.

The workshop will be led by the co-founders of PPCE, Dr. Harris Sokoloff and Chris Satullo, its outreach coordinator, Linda Breitstein, and several of PPCE's other accomplished facilitators.
