  • Anand Giridharadas — political analyst and author of one of the most talked-about books in philanthropy, the recently released Winners Take All: The Elite Charade of Changing the World.   • Matthew Desmond — sociologist and author of the 2017 Pulitzer Prize Winner in General Nonfiction, Evicted: Poverty and Profit in the American City.
