Well Being Trust and Scattergood Foundation invite you for a lunch time conversation with journalist and host of the new podcast Tradeoffs, Dan Gorenstein, and Kathleen Noonan, Chief Executive Officer of the Camden Coalition, one of the nation’s leading nonprofit health organizations.

We’ll discuss how the Camden Coalition is facing the dual challenge of the pandemic and racial inequities while serving clients wrestling with mental illness, addiction and isolation and dive deep into a case study of how Tradeoffs and the Camden Coalition worked together to tell these stories and what the impact has been. We’ll also talk about how rigorous reporting and storytelling can amplify the experiences of providers like the Coalition, equipping philanthropists and policymakers with better information and empathy.

Tradeoffs has reported on the Coalition twice in the past year unpacking complicated topics, such as the results of a randomized controlled trial evaluating the organization’s model of care and profiling client Antonio Matthews and his struggle to stay sober and safe during the coronavirus.
