CHANGE Philanthropy recently eleased the 2022 Diversity Among Philanthropic Professionals (DAPP) Report. Based on anonymous self-reporting from individuals, the DAPP provides grantmakers with a snapshot of the 2022 philanthropic workforce and helps participating foundations accurately assess the culture and climate of their institutions.
CHANGE fPhilanthropy will be hosting two sessions to deep-dive into the report, on February 9 (2:00-3:00 PM) and February 14 (12:00-1:00 PM). CHANGE's Tenaja Jordan, Research & Communications Director, and Lyle Matthew Kan, Interim National Director, will be sharing findings from the report, what's new in its third iteration, and how to use this research and engage with the findings. This is also an opportunity to present any questions that you may have.
