In 2024, the Salem Health & Wellness Foundation hopes to increase its support of systems improvement projects, with a specific eye towards how to change the trajectory of Salem’s health outcome measures.
On February 26th, the Foundation will host a Community Conversation on the complex issues related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with the TriZen, a Philadelphia-based DBE Certified Business Consulting and Leadership Development Company. The session is being presented in partnership with the Salem Chamber of Commerce and other Salem supporters so that participants can explore together the difficult and overt or very subtle issues of bias and disrespect.
