On April 25th join EPIP Philly for a discussion about strategic planning, implementation, and project management. Kyra Sanborn, Grants Administrator with Philadelphia Health Partnership, will share her learned lessons from the strategic planning process and implementation. Philadelphia Health Partnership, formerly First Hospital Foundation, recently celebrated the launch of their new name, website, and strategic initiatives following the adoption of a new strategic plan.

Kyra joined the Philadelphia Health Partnership as grants administrator in 2015. She is responsible for the Philadelphia Health Partnership’s grantmaking operations through all stages of the process, including managing the grants database, content of the data, and reports that enable the Foundation’s staff and Board to make informed decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders. She also manages the foundation’s communication strategies, including website and social media engagement. Prior to joining the foundation, Kyra was communications coordinator for Apartments at 1220, where she assisted international college students with the rental process. She also served on the production team of the World Café Show at WXPN. Kyra has a degree in media and communications from Temple University and a certificate from the Ascending Leadership Program in the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute at Bryn Mawr College’s Graduate School of Social Work.
