Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, The Homeless Assistance Fund, Inc. (HAFI), Be Philly Foundation, Valley Youth House, and Point Source Youth invite you to a briefing on promising practices in preventing youth homelessness in Philadelphia. On the panel, Valley Youth House will share insights from its local work supporting young people across the city, while Point Source Youth and Johns Hopkins University will offer a national perspective on youth homeless prevention strategies and emerging evidence from communities around the country. The session will be moderated by Jayda Alexander, youth leader, advocate and Young Adult Leadership Council Consultant and Youth Representative on the Southeast Board of Governors of Valley Youth House.
