About the Presenter: Alan Berube, Senior Vice President, Policy & Innovation Center
Alan is Senior Vice President at the Policy & Innovation Center, a San Diego-based public policy research organization dedicated to building inclusive and sustainable regions. He is also a nonresident senior fellow at Brookings Metro, where he previously served as senior fellow and interim vice president and director. Alan’s research and policy leadership focus on strengthening the connection between federal policy and local impact.
