About Session 3: State & Federal Budget: PA Nonprofit Impact
Nonprofits across Pennsylvania face major challenges as state and federal budgets tighten. With revenues falling short, the expiration of COVID relief funds, and significant federal policy shifts, education and safety net programs are at risk. This session will provide an overview of the fiscal environment and what it means for nonprofit organizations working to meet community needs.

About the Presenter: Marc Stier, Executive Director, Pennsylvania Policy Center
Marc Stier is the executive director of the Pennsylvania Policy Center, a public policy analysis and advocacy organization that focuses on federal and state budget, taxation, and safety net issues.
