To make lasting, transformational progress in communities, collaborative initiatives often pursue both programmatic work and systems change strategies. But the idea of "systems change" can feel vague and can be interpreted in a range of ways by different individuals.

Join online on November 21 for the virtual workshop: Introduction to Systems Change. This session will introduce a framework for concretely thinking about the different components and strategies for systems change from the publication, "The Water of Systems Change," and support participants in assessing system change opportunities within their own work.

Co-leads for the session are:

  • Jennifer Splansky Juster, Executive Director, Collective Impact Forum
  • John Kania, Founder & Executive Director, Collective Change Lab and co-author of "The Water of Systems Change" and "The Relational Work of Systems Change"
  • Salvador Lopez, President and CEO, KConnect
  • Courtney W. Robertson, Director of Programs and Partnerships, Collective Impact Forum
