What does it take to measure and fund positive social change?

Please join the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, the Federal Reserve Bank of San FranciscoNonprofit Finance Fund, Wharton Social Impact Initiative, and Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia to discuss how service providers, funders, and government are working together to achieve lasting outcomes for their communities, as well as practical strategies for reorienting around outcomes in your work.

This event is the seventh in the Invest in Results campaign event series, which launched in June 2017 with the publication of the book, What Matters: Investing in Results to Build Strong, Vibrant Communities. Topics covered include:

  • What are outcomes, and how are they measured?
  • How does current funding make it harder for service providers to offer long-term solutions, and what investments must we make in providers to facilitate this shift?
  • How can cross-sector partnerships be formed to achieve lasting results in our communities while saving money? What are the challenges and opportunities faced by the partners involved, and how did they overcome them?

Breakfast and copies of the book will be available to our guests. The event will be followed by a networking lunch.
