Join the Nonprofit Center at LaSalle for a Lunch and Learn designed to support organizations on their journey in becoming an equitable, diverse and inclusive organization. The facilitators (Michael Matthews and Roshawnda Washington) will assist in identifying launch points for organizations beginning their journey while offering potential solutions to barriers for organizations that are currently moving along the diversity, equality, and inclusion continuum. This session will allow participants to identify steps in their work, while building upon the strengths, diverse backgrounds, experiences and skill sets of their workforce in efforts to create a sustainable diverse and inclusive organization.
