The future health of arts and culture organizations and their ability to contribute to the vibrancy of their communities depends, in part, on their being relevant and appealing to the broadest cross-section of the community. Our residents represent a rich tapestry of diversity in the broadest sense of the term. To that end, cultural organizations should continue, and in some cases begin, to translate conversations into creative ideas about staffing that represents the communities they serve.

As part of the Cultural Alliance's ongoing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Initiative, you are invited to join the Alliance and local and regional thought leaders as they discuss and share best practices in DEI. During this rich and robust conversation, plan to hear and learn about ways that your arts and cultural organization can begin or continue to build practices, establish talent pipelines and discuss innovative ways to further diversify your workforce.

Additional details about speakers and program to be announced soon.
