Special Member Meeting on Governance

Philanthropy Network members are invited to join us for a special remote Members Meeting focusing on governance. Similar to the special finance meeting held in May, this session will provide general updates on the Network and address your questions. During the meeting, Philanthropy Network's leadership will present a few proposed revisions to the Network’s bylaws aimed at promoting more flexible and responsive methods for recruiting Board Members, as well as bring forward a new candidate for Board service.
