As we approach the start of the fall 2023 grantmaking cycle, opening in September, we have several exciting updates to share with you.
To simplify the grantmaking process, we no longer require a letter of intent for grant applications. The upcoming grant application window will be open from September 1 to October 2. An information session on the simplified application process will be held at Montgomery County Community College in early September.
We are also in the process of transitioning to a new grant management system, akoyaGO. Our current grant management system, Blackbaud, will not be accessible after August 1. If you have not exported your historic documents from Blackbaud, please be sure to do so before August 1.
Future grant application windows will continue to be open twice a year—in February and September. Please direct any questions about our process to grants manager Jill Kauffman at jkauffman@pottstownfoundation.org. Guidance on accessing akoyaGO will be shared in early August.
