Kimberly Kirn
Executive Director,
Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia

Dear Philanthropy Network of Greater Philadelphia Members,

I’m delighted to share some exciting news with you: Kimberly Kirn has joined Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia as our new Executive Director and will begin on April 6, 2026.

Kim brings deep experience and a collaborative spirit to this role, having spent more than two decades working across Philadelphia’s nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Her leadership, vision, and commitment to partnership will help guide our Network into its next chapter—one focused on connection, shared learning, and meaningful impact.

This transition marks an important moment for our community. As we welcome Kim, I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Tynetta Brown for her steady leadership and partnership during this period of change. Tynetta’s dedication, care, and commitment to the Network has been invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for the role she has played in helping position PNGP for this next phase.

For those who’d like to learn more, we shared a press release today announcing Kim’s appointment, which you can read here: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE.

I look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow at the PNGP Member Meeting, where you’ll have the opportunity to hear directly from Kim as we gather as a Network and look ahead together.

With appreciation,

Rashanda Perryman
Board Chair
Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia
