For members of Philanthropy Network, here's how to get started:
- Set up your account on the new site. Click here to create a new member account. Once your account has been approved, you will receive another e-mail containing information about how to log in, set your password, set up your member profile and other details.
- Reset your password. If you have an account but can't remember your password, click here to request a new password. You will be asked to enter your email address and our system will send you a link to set your password. If you don’t see an email from support@philanthropynetwork.org after a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have been redirected there. (Note: If you do find one of our messages in your 'spam' or 'junk' folder, be sure to whitelist philanthropynetwork.org. If you are unsure how to add us to your Safe Sender list, contact your IT support provider.)
- Once you log in, please take a moment to set up your new member profile! By updating your contact information and identifying professional interests, your profile helps us serve you better. You can update your interests and contact information at any time by clicking on the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the site and then clicking the “Edit” button. Select “Edit Profile” to make changes to your profile.
