The COVID-19 crisis hit communities of color and immigrants in Philadelphia in complex and fatal ways, particularly Black and Brown women who are often impacted by being the essential workers in healthcare, childcare, education and domestic work. Yet they remain invisible.

This virtual Town Hall is a "listening" session for community leaders and policy makers to hear how COVID-19 has impacted Philadelphia's Black and Brown women from their lived experiences, and to hear their recommendations for the policy changes they need to improve their lives and the lives of their families. These are the women who work everyday to keep us safe, often with long hours and low wages.

This event is free and open to the public. Register today!
