The Unity Summit will host over 2,000 participants to expand their individual and institutional practice in order to advance equity with an intersectional lens, and with community at the center of our efforts. We seek to create space for all attendees to participate as thought leaders and philanthropic activists.
Through the blend of your voices, movement leaders' wisdom, audacious vulnerability and a commitment to action, we hope that our time together at the Unity Summit will be inspiring and transformative.
The 2021 Unity Summit will be a virtual experience with roots in Minneapolis, MN. The bulk of the live experience will take place from October 25-28, 2021, with orientations the week before, engagement experiences the following week of November 1-5. The virtual format will include live plenary sessions, arts & culture experiences, networking and community spaces, interactive discussions about critical issues for #PhilanthroFolk like you, and a suite of on demand content to develop practice and fortify bridges between communities & philanthropy. Our goals and focus, commitment to community, access to cultural experiences, networking, opportunities to celebrate and learn, spaces to express your full self, strategize and build new opportunities, engage, receive and/or offer political education, be connected to movement and community, elevate voices and leaders from our communities, and more -- these critical elements of a Unity Summit are still the foundation of the 2021 Unity Summit!
