Please join the Small Funders Community of Practice for a conversation with Farrah Parkes, Executive Director of the Gender Justice Fund, who will share an overview of the mission and programs of the Gender Justice Fund and provide a deeper dive into their experience implementing a participatory grantmaking effort. Farrah will discuss lessons learned related to community member engagement, challenges of implementing a participatory grantmaking process as a small funder, and how they worked to ensure authentic inclusion of community members throughout the process.
Please bring your questions and reflections on your own work to this important conversation. We hope you'll join us.
