Tara Collins (she/her)
CRM Administrator and Data Specialist

Along with her technical expertise, Tara brings outstanding personal skills, is an expert networker and considers herself a “connector” between people. She describes herself as an “enthusiastic data fanatic” and has a passion for using her skills to strengthen organizations through efficient use of technology.
Tara holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing from Gwynedd Mercy University.
Jay Guzmán (she/they)
Director of Learning

Prior to their selection as a fellow, Jay supported several social justice movements, including the fight for affordable housing, immigrant rights, reproductive rights, and LGBTQ rights. They supported these movements alongside nationally-recognized nonprofits, government bodies, and private organizations.
In addition to their Masters, Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Barnard College.
Kevin Jones (he/him)
Interim Senior Vice President Data, Accountability and Evaluation

Kevin has a strong passion for helping organizations build and use strong data systems and supporting the leaders of data units in shared learning opportunities. Among his career highlights are: Developing ethnography-based engagement strategies in North Philly, West Philly, and Philadelphia’s Kensington for neighborhood-recruitment efforts in clinical research trials (via the UPENN clinical mobile health unit); Four months in Gaborone, Botswana teaching strategies for developing data collection plans and agreements for HIV prevention interventions in schools, churches, and community settings; and supporting an international network of social sector leaders via meaningful engagement, capacity assistance, and co-developing thought-pieces on high-performing organizations and networks.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Michigan; a Master of Education from University of Massachusetts-Amherst; and a Master of Public Health and an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategies from the University of Pennsylvania.
Lubna A. Mian (she/her)
Senior Vice President of Learning

Her areas of interest include philanthropy, equity and civil rights, arts and culture, First Amendment and free speech, and higher education. Her community service has centered on women, children, and equity and inclusion.
Lubna obtained her B.A. from Vassar College and her J.D. from Penn Carey Law School.
