Join fellow funders, nonprofit leaders, and capacity building providers at this online gathering to hear about what has been learned during the initial research phase of the Coordinated Capacity Building Initiative, along with data from United Way’s Center for Leadership Equity about its experiences supporting the capacity building preferences and needs of Black nonprofit leaders through its management of the Black Nonprofit Chief Executives of Philadelphia (BNCEP).
One of the goals of the Coordinated Capacity Building Initiative is to build shared knowledge of various capacity building efforts in the region. This information will be used to surface opportunities for collective investment that helps to reduce barriers, address inequities, and support the mission and dreams of dedicated leaders in the community.
