William Penn Foundation Open Requests for Proposals

Brief Description: 

Eight Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are now live via the Wiliam Penn Foundation. They are:

Arts and Culture
  • Arts and Culture Programming
  • Out-of-School Community-based Arts Education Programs
  • Arts and Culture Capital Support
Children and Families
  • Accessing Mental Health Services for Young Children and Caregivers
  • Increasing Access to Out-of-School Learning Opportunities
Environment and Public Space
  • Reducing Illegal Dumping in Philadelphia
  • Increasing Urban Trees in Philadelphia
  • Preserving Urban Gardens and Farms in Philadelphia

The foundation's intent is for the RFPs to make the process for applying for a grant more open to all, in the hopes of hearing from a broad range of organizations.

Informational Webinars:

For each of the RFPs, William Penn will host an optional informational webinar covering details including eligibility, process, and timeline, with time for grant seekers to ask questions. Attendance at webinars has no impact on your organization's ability to apply or be considered for funding, and all webinars will be recorded and posted to WPF's website within two business days.
