Instructions to Renew
Philanthropy Network offers two options for members to renew:
1. Via our online renewal system
2. Via our PDF renewal form/invoice
1. To renew via our Online Renewal System
- Link to the Membership Renewal page (sign-in requried). You can also go to the My Account link (top right) and click on Renew My Membership link.
- Complete the required information (designated by *) and select your dues level.
- If you want to provide an additional contribution, check the box "Add 10% to My Annual Dues"
- Click Submit to proceed to your Shopping Cart, then click the Checkout button
- Review your Billing Information and click the Continue to Next Step button
- Select Payment Method (Pay by Check OR Pay by ACH/Wire Transfer) and click the Submit Order button.
- At this stage your renewal commitment is complete- thank you! You will have the option to Email and/or Print an Invoice. The invoice contains further details on how to submit your payment (additional information is also listed below).
2. To renew via the 2024 Membership Renewal Invoice
- Download the 2025 Membership Renewal Invoice
- Fill out your contact information
- Select your dues level
- Write in your payment amount, including any additional contribution
- Check the box for “Payment Enclosed” or write in the date when you plan to submit your payment
- Return the form via email (to membership@philanthropynetwork.org and finance@philanthropynetwork.org); or USPS to:
