2025 Bridging Differences Leadership Cohort

Brief Description: 

The Bridging Differences Leadership Cohort is a facilitated virtual learning experience that supports funders looking to build constructive dialogue and understanding across differences. Hosted by the Council on Foundations in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley (GGSC), the cohort meets monthly from April thru November and supports the work of the Council's Building Common Ground Strategic Pillar.

What Can You Expect? 

Participants of the cohort will:

Graduates of the cohort will be invited to join a growing alumni community, unlocking access to private networking opportunities and peer learning circles to continue practicing their bridging skills.  

Who Should Apply? 

The cohort is open to individuals and teams from foundations and philanthropies. Participants are welcome from all stages of their career – from young professionals to program managers to C-suite – in an effort to create cross-level conversations with various viewpoints.
