Please note: This online renewal application will allow for dues payments of up to $2,000 via credit card. You may also access the PDF renewal form here and view more payment options.
Directions
- Log in to our website to process your organization's renewal.
- Select the organization for which you will be renewing membership from the drop-down below.
- The Mailing Address section will pre-fill based on the information we have on file, but please make any adjustments as necessary.
- For the Main Contact section, enter the details for the person you would like to be your primary contact for Philanthropy Network membership.
- To determine your Membership Dues level, enter the values that reflect your organization's annual giving.
- Select Add to Cart, which will advance you to the next page.
- Select Payment Method and click the Submit Order button. Please note if you are paying by credit card, the billing information must match the credit card you are using.
- At this stage your renewal commitment is complete - thank you! You will have the option to Email and/or Print an Invoice. The invoice contains further details on how to submit your payment if paying by check or ACH.
