The Visionary Leadership Fund, managed by the Valentine Foundation, was established in 2005 to support leadership development for women executives and aspiring leaders in organizations that uplift women and girls in the Greater Philadelphia region. Grant amounts typically average at or around $3,000 per applicant.
On December 12th, Valentine Foundation's 2025 Visionary Leadership Fund grant application opens. Grants are available to nonprofits specifically for women and non-binary individuals who would benefit from participating in a leadership initiative at this stage of their career.
