VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn Spring 2025 Grant Cycle

The VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn has launched its SPRING 2025 GRANT CYCLE. Once again, the VNA Foundation is offering one-year General Operating and Flexible Program Grants of up to $15,000 for nonprofit organizations that provide under-resourced people in the Greater North Penn* region with access to Food, Housing, and Basic Health Needs (including mental health and addiction).

TIPS FOR APPLYING:

1. General Operating Funds are available for those applicants where more than 50% of your overall service population is in the Greater North Penn region. Flexible Program Funds are available for those applicants where less than 50% of your overall service population is in the Greater North Penn region.  If you are trying to determine your eligibility and are unsure of what zip codes constitute the Greater North Penn region in our definition, see the “How We Define the Greater North Penn Region” box at the bottom of this email, or check out the application questions to view zip codes listed beginning on Page 3.
2. If you are applying for a Flexible Program Grant, remember that you can include all programs you offer in Greater North Penn and use this funding flexibly across multiple programs. This is one way the VNA Foundation tries to make our grants as useful as possible to meet your needs– do not feel you have to apply for one specific program, unless that is the only program you offer in the Greater North Penn region as we define it.
3. Curious to see what the VNA Foundation granted last year? Check our Annual Summary for a full listing of all grant awards made last fiscal year. An organization may apply for one grant this cycle, unless prior approval has been granted to apply as lead-organization for an additional grant on behalf of a partnership.
4. Applied last Spring? This year’s application questions are virtually identical to the Spring 2024 grant, so if some of your responses will be the same, feel free to cut and paste wherever possible.  We hope you will include relevant updates and information, of course, but do not worry about re-phrasing your answers for our sake!
