This interactive and collaborative event-based on a highly acclaimed PEAK2023 session-offers new frameworks for your personal development and for owning your career growth using an abundance mindset. You will take a personal inventory of your leadership identity, reflect on how you want to grow and amplify your skills, strengths, and lived experiences in ways that lead to a more significant impact on your organization and beyond. You will also learn how to create supportive accountability systems and gain tips and tricks for using LinkedIn. The conversation will focus in part on individuals who have historically faced additional career barriers, such as people of color, women, and working parents.
There will be dedicated time for Q&A and the option to engage in guided peer discussions. As we want all participants to feel included and comfortable throughout the workshop, there will be an alternate activity available for those who opt out of breakouts.
