Lincoln Financial Foundation’s Community Connections Initiative is proud to present a webinar on understanding and avoiding eviction in Philadelphia, in partnership with The Urban League of Philadelphia and Community Legal Services. This session will address key information that at-risk residents facing evictions need to know to take the steps necessary to avoid eviction.
The session moderated by Andrea Custis, President & CEO of The Urban League of Philadelphia, will feature Kadeem Morris, Staff Attorney at the Housing Unit at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia discussing the eviction crisis and how to protect residents and families from experiencing an eviction.
The session will cover a range of topics including: tenant rights, actions needed to avoid eviction, preparation for the end of the moratorium, and more. The presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A.
