Friends Fiduciary’s Executive Director Jeffery Perkins wrote an op-ed published in the Philadelphia Business Journal supporting the implementation of Pennsylvania’s Solar Energy Credit legislation, which would eliminate the loophole allowing utilities to satisfy clean energy requirements out of state. Closing this loophole would mean boosting the state’s clean energy economy, adding solar jobs and positioning Pennsylvania well in this growing sector.
