Join United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey on April 23 from 9:00-10:30AM to learn more about the sweeping American Rescue Plan and what it means for organizations fighting poverty in Greater Philadelphia.
United Way is honored to announce that Congressman Dwight Evans (PA-03) will join our conversation to share his reflections on this historic legislation and the impact it will have on poverty in our region.
In addition, members from Deloitte LLP’s Policy and Government Relations team will outline how stimulus funds will flow to state and local governments and the anticipated opportunities for nonprofit organizations to qualify for funding.
We will also explore the benefits in the plan provided directly to individuals and the role nonprofits can play in ensuring Greater Philadelphia residents are receiving all the credits and benefits for which they qualify.
