In its second round of grants, the COVID-19 Prevention & Response Fund made grants totaling $668,885 to 84 individuals and nonprofit organizations working to increase COVID-19 education, vaccine access, health resources, and outreach activities in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties.
Grants were divided among five program areas: Healthy Behaviors-Schools, Healthy Behaviors-Parks, Healthy Behaviors-Networks, Physical and Emotional Health, and Strengthening Nonprofits.
The program will address nurse burnout with evidence-based, self-directed tools and a measurement-based care approach.
