The Transformation Award provides unrestricted annual awards of $15,000 to women, trans*, and gender nonconforming artists and cultural producers living in greater Philadelphia who create art for social change and have done so for the past five years or more, demonstrating a long-term commitment to social change work. 

Family, friends, staff and board members of the Fund for Women and Girls gathered on March 7th as the 2022-23 class of the Girls Advisory Board (GAB) reflected on their philanthropic service and honored 2023 grantees.

For the second year in a row, The Fund awarded two-year sustained funding to local nonprofit partners. Additional funding was awarded through ‘Moving Her Forward’ Impact Grants, a grantmaking program established to focus on swift responses to pressing needs in the community
