The Fund for Women and Girls’ Board of Directors announces the appointment of Kim Andrews as Executive Director, effective on May 2, 2022.

Chester County’s Commissioners have stepped up to help local nonprofits recover from the impact of COVID-19. Through the Restore Chester County Nonprofit Innovation & Resiliency Fund, the Commissioners obtained $3.5 million in federal CARES Act funding. 

The Nonprofit Innovation & Resiliency Fund was administered by the Chester County Community Foundation with input from regional funders, United Ways, and Chester County government departments

A new mural unveiled days before the 2020 election honors the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which granted many women the right to vote, and serves as an inspiration for the community to get out and vote.
